About The Seaham

Built in 1835 the terrace called Waterloo Place (named after the famous battle fought twenty years earlier), on which the Seaham is situated has been welcoming guests for well over a century. Considered to be of significant architectural importance, the terrace, along with most of the buildings on the seafront, is protected under grade 2* listing by English Heritage.

For the perfect start to your day choose from the extensive Breakfast Menu, the food served is free range and sourced from top quality local butchers, a selection of fish dishes and vegetarian option also available.

It is their aim to continue to provide a very high standard of accommodation.
