Deposit:
A deposit of 30% (minimum £50) of the cost of your stay is required to confirm your reservation. Once this is received we will send you confirmation of your booking by e mail or post within 7 days. The deposit is non refundable, but we are happy to transfer this for you at no extra cost, see changing booking below.
Changing your booking:
You may change your booking for any reason provided you give us at least one weeks notice. We will transfer your deposit to the new booking, which will be subject to availability and the appropriate tariff for your revised stay.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your holiday at any time. However as above if less than one weeks notice is given the deposit is non refundable and 66% of the cost of your stay will become payable if we are unable to relet the room.
Smoking:
Please note as per Government legislation smoking is strictly not permitted in any part of the premises.
Payment:
Payment of accounts is required on arrival.
